At the beginning of this transmission, we must clarify the notions of “luminous relativity” and the notion of “fundamental luminous density” in order to help you understand this law.

LUMINOUS RELATIVITY is the luminous charge transmitted by the Celestial Father to each individual at creation, through the Holy Spirit.

    Luminous relativity, like the vibrational relativity in Law 1, defines the entity’s state in relation to the Celestial Father. While vibrational relativity defined the vibrational layer in relation to the Celestial Father, luminous relativity defines the luminous charge of every individual, from creation until the return to the Father.

    Luminous relativity is one of the components with which the Celestial Father charges the individual entity at its creation. It remains constant throughout the incarnated state of that entity and, according to whether this luminous charge given by the Celestial Father is partially obstructed or not, luminous relativity indicates the entity’s degree of proximity to or distance from the Luminous Relativity of the Manifest Father. The luminous relativity of every individual is manifested within every incarnated individual entity through its measure, which is luminous density.

    LUMINOUS DENSITY  is the structure or covering, as you call it, that surrounds the respective entity and gives clarity and integrity to the transmission of the luminous relativity that the entity contains from the Father and must manifest outwardly. I speak to you about luminous relativity because it varies throughout life according to the Father’s luminous charge in relation to that entity.

    Luminous density is the outward manifestation of this relativity and depends upon each incarnated entity: how much or how little it allows this luminous relativity to pass outwardly. According to this parameter throughout life, you will be evaluated by the Celestial Father at the end of your earthly incarnation.

    Luminous relativity is the essential component of the Father’s Manifest Holy Spirit. Luminous relativity, as a law of harmony, is the creating and life-giving law of the Celestial Father.

    In another transmission, I shall speak to you about the component that you call “Love”, which, at your level of understanding, together form the two fundamental components of the Father’s Working Holy Spirit.

    Luminous relativity is what can give and shape life. Luminous relativity defines the place of every entity of the Father in the Primordial Energetic Ocean. It also defines the place of every major entity, such as a planet or galaxy, in the Father’s Primordial Ocean. The Father’s luminous relativity is manifested in all components of the universe. There is no creation of the Father and no point in the universe in which the Father’s luminous relativity is not manifested. I have repeated these things so that you may understand how important this luminous relativity is, with which the Celestial Father charges or endows you at your creation.

    The luminous density manifested by every living body is the resultant of this luminous relativity. Incarnated entities can manifest luminous densities ranging from the order of earthly centimetres to tens of earthly metres, according to the permeability of your material structures. The less opaque and less closed your material structures are, the more the Father’s luminous relativity, given to each individual entity, will manifest outwardly as a greater luminous density.

    Luminous density is your manifestation as creators toward one another. It is the Father’s fundamental charge. In the next transmission I shall speak to you about the element Love which can be charged only upon this outward manifestation of each of your luminous densities.

    The luminous relativity received at Creation by every entity gives it the possibility of returning to the place destined for it by the Celestial Father. It is your path of return to the Father. This, together with the component of Love in Law 3, which I shall explain to you, are the two fundamental things that Jesus, as a Christic entity, left to you human beings as the path of return to the Father. By discussing it in this form, you may better understand this luminous relativity that you received at birth and must cultivate while incarnated.

    In Jesus as an incarnated Christic entity, the luminous relativity given by the Celestial Father was equal to the luminous density He manifested toward people. In the component of Love, you will also see how this was the same: the same quantity was received and then transmitted to people. This is your role with regard to the Law of Harmony and Luminous Relativity.

    The entity called Earth has a deficit of luminous density compared with other entities because its material layers, as an entity, have become opaque. The error originates with incarnated human entities who, through the waste they created, succeeded in reducing the transmission of the luminous relativity of the entity Earth.
