The Law of Harmony and the Fundamental Vibrational Relativity of the Universe (L1)

When the Father creates an entity, He imprints upon it a particular vibration, called fundamental vibration, which belongs uniquely to that entity and by which it can be identified. The fundamental vibration has several components, among which on Earth we perceive sound vibration and light vibration. The evolutionary path that the entity must follow in order to return to the Father also follows from the fundamental vibration. The fundamental vibration remains constant throughout the entity's evolution, constant in relation to the Father: when the Father evolves, the fundamental vibration of every entity is automatically updated in order to keep pace with the Father.

This fundamental vibration can be felt everywhere around the entity, but its greatest density is in front of the chest, within a fairly narrow angle (because it is influenced by the location of the divine spark).

When an entity is sent to a place with a particular mission and receives several structures, each structure has a particular vibration. Vibrational relativity is the resultant vibration of all the structures compared with the Father's vibration. The permanent updating of the fundamental vibration in synchrony with the Father's evolution should also modify the vibration of the entity's structures; but this happens only if the entity is completely open and permeable.

Likewise, if the Father considers it necessary to help the entity by additionally increasing its vibrational relativity, then this help is given  through the entity's personal self.  Vibrational corrections are applied to any entity when its vibration falls below a certain level; they are applied both to the Earth and to human beings. For example, a vibrational correction is applied to a person when it is observed that the person has fallen by more than one level below the place from which he or she comes. A first vibrational correction is then made for that person, on the assumption that perhaps the person did not understand, cannot access his or her fundamental vibration and therefore does not know the road, the path. An entity that has access to its fundamental vibration cannot lose the way (unless it does not wish to follow it).

The entity, in turn, continually changes the vibration of its structures according to the decisions it makes, its thoughts and feelings. The fluctuations in vibration can be quite large.  Vibration is the parameter that changes most rapidly. Any irritation, any disagreement with a person who holds another opinion leads to a change in the vibration of the physical structure, which leads to a change in the vibration of the other structures and therefore modifies vibrational relativity. If we become aware of this decrease in vibration, it is good to enter the state of universality in order to return to the initial vibration; if not, then no later than the end of the day, during the evening prayer (which it is important to perform properly), the vibration is brought back to the fundamental vibration.

For us, for most people, the vibration of the structures and implicitly the vibrational relativity are below what the Father expects of us, especially on the physical structure.

We must succeed in finding within ourselves the fundamental vibration, and then manifest it fully through each of our structures, in order to attain salvation.

The Father causes the vibration of the structures to be such that the entity is adapted to the place. If He sends the entity to another place, with another mission, He allocates the energy required to make the vibrational correction. Thus, for an entity, vibrational relativity has a specific value according to the place in which it is located.   

For a high entity who has come with the mission of raising the vibration of a place, adaptation to the vibration of that place does not occur on the higher structures (where vibration is determined by the evolutionary level), but at most only on the physical structure. The entity may suffer until it fulfils its mission, because of the difference in vibration between the structures.  For such a high entity incarnating on Earth, more intermediate vibrational structures or coverings are required to make the adaptation from the fundamental vibration to the vibration of the place than are required for an ordinary entity. Fundamental metabolic processes, such as breathing through the lungs, occur at a certain vibration. However high an entity may be, when it comes to Earth it must breathe in order to live, so on the physical level its vibration must be adapted to the Earth. Jesus, too, had to be born of the Virgin Mary precisely because He was coming to Earth. A  high entity is aware of all the intermediate layers between the fundamental and physical vibrations, is aware of the distance between them and therefore suffers. The intermediate layers are necessary to protect the entity's higher structure.

If we compare an entity's vibrational relativity with that of the place in which it is located, we can see whether the entity pulls the place downward by consuming its energy or, on the contrary, helps the place to rise. Through their vibration, human beings should lead to the evolution of the Earth—with all the life that exists upon it—but unfortunately the opposite has happened. Since, according to the Law of Harmony and Vibrational Relativity, the Father keeps the vibrational relativity of a place constant,  it was necessary to make  the three vibrational corrections upon the Earth carried out by the Father.

 

Every human organ has a specific vibration. If the vibration falls below a certain value, the organ becomes ill. The vibration of the organs can be corrected through:

—Reiki/bioenergetic techniques, through the palm of the person performing the treatment. Disadvantages: high energy consumption, and if the therapist also has problems, these may be transmitted to the patient.

—a device that generates a particular electromagnetic vibration. The disadvantage is that devices generally also generate parasitic vibrations and, moreover, by generating the vibration for only one organ, they may negatively affect the other organs.

—treatment with sound emitted by a person or a device. The sound vibration to be emitted must be global, beneficial to the entire body, and must predominantly contain the vibration for the organs that are suffering. The sound vibration corresponding to a particular healthy organ differs from one person to another, but people at the same level have approximately the same vibration for a healthy organ.

 

 

The Law of Luminous Relativity and Luminous Density (L2)  

 

When the Father creates an entity (of any type: human being, planet, galaxy, etc.), He gives it a specific luminous charge through the Manifest Holy Spirit. This remains constant throughout the entity's evolution, in its different incarnations. The luminous charge uniquely defines the entity's place in the Primordial Energetic Ocean and the place to which the entity will return in the Father; this is why it is said to be our path of return to the Father.

At each incarnation, the entity has access to (perceives) part of the luminous charge from Creation. This part of the initial luminous charge to which the entity has access at a given moment is luminous relativity. The more the entity evolves throughout its lives, the greater its luminous relativity becomes in each life, until it becomes equal to the initial charge from Creation at the moment of salvation.

Luminous relativity makes it possible to assess how much or how little remains for the entity to travel before returning to the Father.

Luminous relativity shapes life, because the mission received by the entity must accord with its luminous relativity. At the end of a life, when the entity leaves that place, it has a certain period in which it remains and weighs what it has done, a period during which the luminous relativity that it had remains constant. When it reaches the queue for incarnation once again, its luminous relativity is increased by a certain amount so that it can pass through some stages and see several possible variants of incarnation.

At the moment when the entity is about to incarnate, this may once again be regarded as the moment of creation, since the entity will not be identical to the entity from the previous life.  This is why both philosophers and priests are right. The entity is no longer the same except when it returns to the Father, to its fundamental vibration; otherwise it is a snowball rolling onward.

At the  moment of incarnation, luminous relativity changes  and is suited to the mission received.

If, at a certain moment, the Father wishes to offer help to an entity, He does so on the basis of the continuous and permanent connection with the entity's self (the sixth law), being able to modify the entity's luminous relativity through the self.

Because of the limitations introduced by each individual structure, the entity cannot manifest its entire luminous relativity outwardly. What it succeeds in manifesting outwardly is luminous density. Luminous density is thus determined by the most opaque structure. This is why it is important for an entity to purify all its structures, thereby being able to manifest an ever greater luminous density. When an entity discarnates, its luminous density increases because it no longer has the physical and rational structures and therefore no longer has the barriers introduced by them. 

One of the parameters by which the Father evaluates the entity at the end of an incarnation is luminous density.

This luminous density is so important because it is also the support upon which love is manifested. No more love can be manifested than luminous density permits. Our structures  should allow the unhindered manifestation of the light, of the Holy Spirit within us, and therefore of love. The ways of increasing luminous density are generally specific to each structure: freeing the rational structure from its multitude of thoughts, cultivating virtues and emanating positive emotions are several examples.

Reference is made to the Manifest Holy Spirit and the Working Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is Manifest when He is creating and giving life, that is, when through Him the Father charges the entity with  light. The Holy Spirit is Working when He accompanies and guides the entity throughout its life. The Working Holy Spirit continues to accompany the entity even if it moves toward involution; Jesus said, “I leave you My Spirit,” referring to the Working Holy Spirit. The Working Holy Spirit accompanies us in all forms: guardian angel, entities that guide us at every moment, even if we do not hear them.

 

 

 

The Law of Harmony and Universal Love (L3)

The Law of Love is manifested directly by the Celestial Father, along the silver cord, unlike the laws of vibrational relativity, luminous relativity, relative dynamic balance and the transmission of information, which are manifested indirectly.

We receive the Father's love through the silver cord, which enters through the chakra of love (the heart chakra). The love that comes from the Father blends and is amplified in the heart chakra, and one part is given to the Father, one part to other people and one part to oneself. The amplification should be threefold, so that the amount of love given in each of the three directions is equal to the amount of love absorbed from the Father. This is how it was in Jesus.

The love that we transmit to the Father is not given because we must do so, because He compels us, but because we feel His love and we too wish to do the same thing; we wish to draw near to the same self-giving. The Cherubim and Seraphim, who are closest to the Father, glorify Him without ceasing. A person who is always content, joyful in life, gives love to the Father. Such a person never says, “I cannot, I no longer want to, I am tired, I do not feel like it”; he or she has a continuous state of well-being and passes through life without troubling the water. Great masters appear because they have a continuous state of well-being; they can immerse themselves in an inner experience in which they hear nothing, and they can leave or return.

Love toward the people around us means having no enemies and, moreover, not being indifferent toward those around us. There must be compassion, not pity, for everyone, because we are all the Father's Creation. We have the duty to try to do for others what the Father does for us. We must become creators, be like a spring for others. For this, we should try to see the good part in every person.

Love toward one's own being involves knowing how to protect oneself from all the aggressions around us. When a person tries to aggress you (through words or attitude), you must not resonate with what that person emanates; instead, you pray to the Father to help you and to send down the Holy Spirit. Inner calm must be preserved at all times.

The Father sends love permanently, love that is always of another quality as He Himself evolves. The Father manifests love through every structure created in each of His Verses. Therefore, we too must manifest love through each of our structures. The Father's love shows us how we must love with each of our structures.

 

The Law of the Relative Dynamic Balance of the Universe (L4)

 

When the Father creates an entity, He shapes it in a specific form, and this is why we say that every entity is situated in a particular place within the Father's Creative Body. At the moment of Creation, its relative dynamic balance in relation to the Father is 1, meaning that the entity is in perfect balance with the Father and is one with Him.

Throughout evolution, an entity remains in the same place within the Father's Body, but vibration and the perception of physical parameters occur according to another measure. The human being also appears differently according to evolution. Through descent into matter, most entities reduced their RDB from the initial value of 1, together with the reduction in the vibration of the structures and in luminous relativity. During evolution, vibrational relativity changes most rapidly, then luminous density, while RDB changes most slowly. It is RDB that attenuates our oscillations and therefore gives us the clearest perception of how near to or far from the Father we are.

The decrease in vibration, light and RDB from the values received at creation is not compulsory for an incarnated entity. The decrease in these parameters actually meant entering the laws of the alternation between good and evil, which are not compulsory. We could have avoided the experiences lived under the laws of alternation if we  had not wished to experience them directly.

The Father's Personal Self (the sixth law) can give us all the information about these experiences. We wanted experimentation in matter (the tree of knowledge, Eve, the apple). We could have learned within the Father, but preferred to know through direct experience. In this way, we could no longer submit to the single Law of love and of the personal self. The evolution of the great entities occurred solely through their living in the Law of Love and the Law of the Personal Self.

After the first immersion in matter had taken place, the respective corrections became necessary in order to create cyclicity and the return to the Father. We continue to have a connection with the Collective Self, which can give us all the information. Thus the Father permanently maintains the two alternatives: at every moment there is the possibility of learning through the Collective Self or through experience.

There is the path of happiness and the path of suffering. Each person chooses. It is not compulsory to pass through all the cycles. Each person chooses exactly what he or she wishes to do in that particular life. The entity that has repeatedly lowered its RDB throughout its incarnations chooses the path of suffering, because through suffering it can achieve a greater increase in RDB. Jesus chose to show us the path of suffering because  humanity was in this descending cycle. But when He left, He said, “Love one another,” so that we might pass to the new law, the law of grace and love, not that of suffering, “a tooth for a tooth.”

Within the Father there are also entities that chose not to experiment in matter, but to know through the Father's Self, and those entities are much more pleasing to the Father.

Entities that lower their RDB below a certain limit (chosen as 0) leave the Laws of Harmony. They remain within the Father, not outside the Father, and continue to have connections with the Father through their personal self. The Father's help is manifested even to entities outside the Verses. Those entities do not wish to manifest the Father; they do not wish to receive and manifest love. But the Father sends love to them as well. They hear and know what is good, but wish to continue direct experimentation, the descent into matter.

On Earth, an entity has an RDB between 0.1 and 0.2 because of the physical and rational structures. On the other structures, RDB is generally higher, possibly from 7.4 to 8.2. At the end of its mission, the entity will automatically be drawn to the RDB corresponding to the disembodied state (without the physical and rational structures). In the next life, the entity cannot receive a mission requiring an RDB greater than the one it manifested the last time, because it is unable to manifest it. It follows that every entity must increase its RDB as much as it can while embodied.

RDB can be increased in the embodied state by refining the structures, manifesting love and manifesting the virtues. In every entity, the path of manifestation toward RDB = 1 is open. Most blockages appear in the physical body, from Jacob's Ford downward. We must pay greater attention to the physical body. The physical structure must be freed, because otherwise the other structures are not refined. Most masters and schools of spirituality have daily physical exercises in order to maintain the physical structure at a certain vibration. Another example is the Christian path of the desert, which places the entity far from temptations and, in addition, enables it to live in communion with nature.

The manifestation of love helps to increase RDB, because the resultant of the experiences and feelings from life enters RDB through one's own self.

An entity whose RDB has decreased  continues to have within it the light, love and information from the Father, but on certain structures it blocks this light and does not manifest it (for example, fears and fright on the physical structure). A bonus means the temporary and partial removal of such blockages. If the entity notices this and corrects itself, it will remain in this state; otherwise it loses the help. Only Divinity can grant the bonus, while we human beings can help someone through discussion. Arbitrarily removing another person's blockages (possibly with good intentions) can harm that person, because he or she may not be prepared.

 

The Law of Compensation and Transmission of Information on Its Conveying Energy Support (L5)

When the Father creates an entity, He creates its soul. Within the soul He places the necessary energy support together with all His information, and there is direct communication with all the Father's Verses and Universes. Then the Father also creates the interface between soul and reason, so that the information in the soul can be accessed and decoded by the entity. Transmittal = 1 represents the totality of this information together with its energy support and the interface to it, and means informational access to all of the Father's Creation.

Transmittal = 1 exists at all times within the entity, but most often the soul–reason interface is partially or completely blocked and therefore only part of the information is accessed. Through prayer, this interface can be brought into awareness. When an entity becomes aware of itself—who it is as an entity and what mission it has—it once again has access to transmittal = 1, although how much it uses this access depends upon the entity.

The information on an energy support that an entity receives at incarnation represents transmutation, and it is correlated with the mission. This information is in the soul but is also transferred into the subconscious so that it can be readily accessed. The experiences of each life cause transmutation to increase as evolution progresses, meaning that the entity can access ever more of the transmittal. Transmission represents all the information on an energy support to which the entity has access in one life, in a particular place. The source of this information is the Father through transmittal, the Father through transmutation, and the Father through everything that surrounds us. An entity adapted to the place (with an RDB within the RDB band of the place) takes information from that place through its fields. The subconscious has access to the mental and physical bodies as well as to the fields. Thus the information of the place reaches the subconscious, which analyses the information arriving along the three paths: transmittal, transmutation and the exterior. The result is transmission, and it is this that determines our manner of action in life. It is important for transmission to equal the transmission resulting from the fundamental vibration.

The relationship among the notions of transmittal, transmutation and transmission can be illustrated by the way in which we see a flower:

—transmittal is the essence of the flower

—transmutation is what we see as the essence of the flower

—transmission is what we perceive, from the correlated information around us, as the essence of the flower

These actually represent several levels of understanding.

We must come to live the essence of the flower effectively, to be one with the flower, because the essence of the flower is within us. This means transmission = transmutation = transmittal = 1; it means returning to the Father. At this moment, I know / I want / I can have the meaning: I perceive everything around me / I see the essence / I live the essence.

Meditation, the state of universality and the prayer of the heart are helpful in reaching transmission = transmutation = transmittal = 1. Through meditation:

—one begins with relaxation, and no information from outside reaches us any longer

—one continues by allowing all thoughts to flow away, lowering the mind into the heart

—we have reached transmittal

One may meditate upon a plant, the Sun, rain, wind, fire, earth, and so forth.

Transmittal is reached by freeing the subconscious from the conscious part and using that part of the brain that we do not currently use. Children meditate by themselves when they play: when a child plays in the sand, nothing exists around the child except the sand. Restrictions should not be imposed upon children, except to the extent necessary to adapt them to conditions on Earth.

The two compensations (the informational compensation on an energy support, as well as the energetic and informational compensation) are necessary above all for children born prematurely or who have suffered trauma. Loss of energy also leads to the loss of stored information.

The Father's intervention to increase transmission until the age of 33 is an aid in the entity's evolution. After the age of 33, transmission increases only through one's own striving. During intrauterine life, from 0 to 7 months, children have transmission equal to transmittal so that they can continually converse with the Father about the mission to be fulfilled. During the final two months of pregnancy, the information needed by the child for that particular life is transferred.

 

 

 

The Law of Harmony and Knowledge of the Personal Self and the Common Collective Self from the Father's Verses (L6)

 

An entity's own or personal self is composed of two components:

—the energy and information allocated by the Father at creation. The Father's Self is infinite, and in every entity's self the Father presents a form of His Self. An entity's self is a form of the Father's Infinite Self and not a fragment of the Father's Self. This is because the fundamental vibration is specific to each individual entity, meaning that the Father vibrates differently for every entity He has created. It is not a fragment because the  fundamental vibration of every entity is the Father Himself, in a particular vibration that  defines that entity.  For two different entities, the self initially has the same information and energy, namely all the Father's information; only the form differs.

—throughout the lives, the personal self also accumulates the quintessence of all thoughts, deeds and life experiences. The information initially given by the Father at creation must be experienced, this being the path toward evolution. What is important are the experiences and feelings accompanying our deeds, because these are stored in the self. Mechanical behaviour in life is neither natural nor does it mean “being.”

For entities at a prehuman level of evolution, such as plants and animals, there is a  collective self for each individual species. Every species has a particular mission and a particular path of evolution. These entities can pray through their collective self or through the self of human beings. As human beings, we must help them in their evolution.

The Unique and Infinite Creative Self is the Creator; it is the place of uncreated energy from which the Father brings forth created energy. We can say that it is the “mother of God.” The Father Himself created the feminine principle so that He could create Himself.

Every personal self has the Unique and Infinite Creative Self as its model. Therefore, we must come to be in continuous evolution, continuous outpouring, continuous creative flowing forth. For this we must discover our true personal self, identify with it and manifest ourselves accordingly. An example of what it means to be self-creators, like the Father, can be seen in the state of universality, when the heart, lungs, blood and finally every cell attune their vibration to the Father's, eliminating  everything that is negative.

The Infinite Collective Creative Self is formed by the Council of the Father's Wise Ones. They are self-creating entities, from uncreated energy. The Infinite Collective Creative Self is the model of every civilisation and shows the next steps for evolution. It is  the one that notices and makes corrections if a civilisation does not follow the correct path.

For a family, a group or a civilisation, a  common or collective selfis defined, having the Infinite Collective Creative Self as its model.

The Father evolves continuously, both through the Unique and Infinite Creative Self and through the Infinite Collective Creative Self. In the same way, we too evolve through the personal self and through the collective self. Every human being is meant both to take his or her own steps toward evolution and to do so within the community. The evolution of a personal self must bring about the evolution of those around it. Through His coming, Jesus brought about the evolution of all humanity.

The direct connections—Unique and Infinite Creative Self -> personal self, Infinite Collective Creative Self -> the collective self of a civilisation—are unidirectional (except in the case of rank-nine civilisations, whose connection with the Infinite Collective Creative Self is bidirectional, unmediated and continuous). In addition to these connections, the Father created for every civilisation in which He wishes to make corrections a bidirectional connection with a civilisation of higher rank. We can think of this as meaning that, as a civilisation, we have both a master (the Council of the Wise Ones) and a teacher (the civilisation of higher rank), receiving the information in two forms.

 

 

The Law of Harmony and Divine Creation (L7)

When the relative dynamic balance of a place falls below a certain value, the Father intervenes to restore the place. At the moment of intervention, He takes a part of His Unmanifest Self and manifests it, because nothing that has happened within Him up to that moment suits that place. Had it suited that place, the place would not have reached that situation. He is then obliged to create something else from His Uncreated Self, to manifest something new. There is no facet of Him that matches the manifestation of that place.

Human beings must become creators as the Father is. We become creators when our mind and body are one under and in the presence of the Father's Holy Spirit (the Working Spirit who accompanies us throughout life) , who exists within us through the personal self and the soul. We return to our Own Self, to the fundamental vibration.  We must be creators in everything we accomplish.

For example, we can be creators with regard to our future. The future means that we have an amount of matter placed at our disposal by the Creative Father for us to shape.  We wish the future to be beautiful, to live in harmony and freedom. This information is transmitted to the Council of the Wise Ones, and from there comes the way of bringing it about, as information. We have matter, we have the information received in the soul from the Wise Ones, and the Holy Spirit exists within us. The Holy Spirit will pour Himself upon the creation only when the information in our rational structure coincides with what exists in our soul, sent by the Father's Wise Ones. Only at that moment does that thing become manifest, because otherwise all our creations are empty and have no life. Our creations live only when the Holy Spirit  seals them. The Holy Spirit does this only when our creation is identical to what the Father's Wise Ones have programmed. All things that we do not create in this way are vanities; they are things that do not endure.

Thus, in order for the Holy Spirit to seal the creation, the information sent by the Wise Ones into the soul must also pass through the rational structure. The rational structure need not have all the details from the beginning; it will have them when we have perceived the model correctly. All our thoughts that do not conform to the model are vain thoughts that consume our energy. Thoughts must come from within. The rational structure must correctly desire that what is above should also be below. Many human prayers are not fulfilled because there is no concordance between what is asked in prayer and what is above. When the rational structure has perceived correctly, the Holy Spirit descends and the creation begins to manifest and to live.
