The Law of Compensation and Transmission of Information on Its Conveying Energy Support

The Father’s Wise One:
The following notions are defined:
—The notion of TRANSMITTAL which defines the level of information and of the energy serving as its support, proceeding from the Father toward the entity at its creation. At the zero moment of Creation, transmittal is equal to 1, the entity having access to all the information and to the energy supporting it, specific to the Father. I specify that for you, entities of Earth, information and energy have these two components. For entities at another level of development, information and energy also have other components that define the state of transmittal from the Father toward the respective entity or toward the respective zone of creation.
—The notion of TRANSMUTATION, which is the informational level on the corresponding energy support that the entity will receive and manifest in every individual iteration of incarnation, when it departs from the Father’s Verses, from and into the Father’s Verses.
The two notions defined will differ according to the number of the entity’s iterations. Ideally, the two notions should be equal and the entity should be able to maintain them at a level equal to 1.
— THE LEVEL OF TRANSMISSION for every individual entity and every place of the Father’s creation. This is the informational and energetic level to which the entity can gain access by appealing to its Relative Dynamic Balance in relation to the Celestial Father. An entity whose Relative Dynamic Balance in relation to the Celestial Father lies within the Relative Dynamic Balance band of the place in which it is incarnated can gain access to a level of informational transmission on energy support from the Father’s Verses corresponding to the Relative Dynamic Balance of the place in which it is located. Raising the entity’s Relative Dynamic Balance leads to an increase in the effective level of transmission for the respective entity. For you, the people of Earth, the level of transmission is defined on a scale from 1 to 10. This scale was chosen only for your understanding; this is not how the matter is treated in the Father’s Verses. A value of 10 on the scale mentioned means that an entity whose level of transmission is equal to 10 has an effective level of 0.1 of the Father’s original transmittal equal to 1 at
Creation. I have provided this scale from 1 to 10 for representation because at this time there are no incarnated entities on Earth with a level of transmission greater than 10. For missions of the Father, the level of transmission may increase for a certain period for a well-defined place, a group of entities or an individual entity, when it is necessary for that entity to be given a mission from the Father. At the end of that mission, the level of transmission will return to the value required for that entity. Maintaining the level of transmission above the limit correlated with the Relative Dynamic Balance of the respective entity can lead to the loss of the entity’s reason–soul interface because of an excessively high influx of information through that reason–soul gateway.
—The notion of INFORMATIONAL COMPENSATION ON ENERGY SUPPORT, for entities that, upon incarnation in a particular life, arrived with a level of transmission lower than that required by the Relative Dynamic Balance of the respective entity.
—The notion of ENERGETIC COMPENSATION, AS SUPPORT, AND INFORMATIONAL COMPENSATION, for entities that, for a certain period of earthly time, were deprived, for personal reasons of their own, by the Relative Dynamic Balance of the respective entity that coincides with a level of transmission of a certain relative vibration in relation to the Celestial Father. In the case of these entities, compensation is made following examinations that were not passed, and the respective entities receive this compensation as a bonus. If they understand it, the level of transmission remains the one corresponding to the entity’s Relative Dynamic Balance and accords with the relative vibration of the entity and of the place in which it is situated. If, within a particular period of earthly time allotted by the entities entrusted by the Father with this examination, the entity does not pass the examination (I shall explain immediately what passing this examination means), it will suffer a decrease in the level of transmission, which in time will also bring a decrease in Relative Dynamic Balance, which in turn will bring a decrease in the entity’s relative vibration in relation to the Celestial Father. In your human understanding, an examination means being placed before a leap consisting in raising the entity’s Relative Dynamic Balance, which implicitly leads to an increased level of informational transmission on energy support. The accumulation of positive relative vibration in relation to the relative vibration of the place where the incarnated entity is situated leads to an increase in the entity’s luminous density, which in turn leads to an increase in Relative Dynamic Balance and will determine an increased level of informational transmission on energy support.
The Virgin Mary:
My children, the entity known as the Father’s Wise One has communicated in a very simplified form this Law, which determines the following stages throughout your evolution as an incarnated entity:
—stage zero, which is the intrauterine stage, when the level of transmission is equal to 1 until the seventh month of creation. This means that, during this zero stage, the entity is in permanent direct communication with the Celestial Father, equal to 1. Beginning with the seventh month and continuing until incarnation into life, that is, until birth, the entity resumes a level of transmission equal to that determined by the Relative Dynamic Balance of the entity that is to incarnate. This Relative Dynamic Balance is specific to the entity as a level and accords with the relative vibration of the place in which it is to incarnate.
—stage one, from zero to seven years, when the entity’s Relative Dynamic Balance is maintained at the maximum level it can bear, while the maximum level of transmission that the entity and its rational–noesic interface can bear is maintained at the same time.
—stage two, from seven to fourteen years, when the entity receives an addition to its relative vibration in relation to the Father, and this addition, through the entity’s free will, may be used to increase the entity’s Relative Dynamic Balance and implicitly the level of transmission, or may be used by the entity, through its free will, for major involvement in matter, thereby reducing the Relative Dynamic Balance and, during the following period, reducing the level of informational transmission on energy support toward the respective entity.
—stage three, from fourteen to twenty-one years, when an increase in luminous density occurs. I mention that both the previous stage and this one are forms of assistance from the Celestial Father in the development of the entity incarnated on Earth, so that the entity may find its place more easily and approach with greater ease the mission given to it on Earth by the Celestial Father. This stage means an increase in luminous density greater than that to which the respective entity would be entitled during that period; this also leads to an increase in Relative Dynamic Balance and implicitly in the level of transmission. At the end of each of the stages mentioned, the entity returns to the relative vibrational level specific to it at the end of each stage.
—the stage from twenty-one to thirty-three years is the stage of completion of the incarnated entity, in which relative vibration, luminous density and Relative Dynamic Balance are maintained at the maximum level that the entity can bear, so that the level of transmission may be at its maximum. This is the most favourable period in the development of the human entity incarnated on Earth. Thus, all these stages I have described are specific to the Earth. After this period, after the thirty-three-year stage, the entity returns to the relative vibration, luminous density and Relative Dynamic Balance that it succeeded in maintaining up to that age. The level that the entity succeeds in manifesting by that age is the level allotted to it for the remainder of its incarnated period in that life and will determine the level of transmission that the entity will have until the end of the incarnated period on Earth in that life.
