The fundamental vibration of an entity is born from the undulation of the Celestial Father's fields on a particular day and in a particular form, being specific to each individual entity. It is implemented at the creation of the entity, together with the departure and arrival of the Holy Spirit (it is the same moment) from the Father toward that entity. It remains constant throughout the entity's evolution, constant in relation to the Father: when the Father evolves, the fundamental vibration of every entity is automatically updated in order to keep pace with the Father.
The fundamental vibration differs from one entity to another according to what the entity has to do and the road it must travel, with more or fewer iterations, until it returns to the Father. In other words, the Father tells the entity: “This is your road of separation from Me for incarnation and this is your road back” (it is actually the information that comes together with the vibration).
The vibrational relativity of an entity in a particular place is the resultant vibration of all its structures compared with the Father's vibration.
The Law of Vibrational Relativity shows us where we come from, what our road has been up to the moment in which we now find ourselves, and what our road will be from now on until the Father. Thus, by applying the vibrational law and continually trying, through the state of bliss and through prayer, to bring our vibration back to the fundamental vibration, we cannot lose the road, and the decisions we make during the day are correct.
Higher entities. A higher entity (whose vibrational relativity is close to or equal to the fundamental vibration) who has come with the special mission of raising the Earth's vibration has a number of intermediate structures required for incarnation. According to the possibility available to it, in order to protect its own “I,” its own higher structure, that entity will remove one, two or several structures, as many as it considers necessary. In this way, the fundamental vibration will be manifested more strongly through the other structures. The entity can structure its coverings so that a greater amount of the fundamental vibration shines through as far as the physical level, becoming like a spring. From that moment, it modifies the vibration of all its structures. It has become aware of why it came to Earth and has assumed responsibility for its mission, after which it begins to become an “illuminator.” Jesus did the same: He waited until the age of 33, accumulated within Himself, and then began to empty/compress many of His structures so that the fundamental vibration could shine through, which is in fact the Father's fundamental vibration. The difference between the vibration of the physical structure, subjected to the torments of the cross, and the fundamental vibration was enormous, and therefore the suffering was also enormous. The moment when He says, “Father, why have You forsaken Me?” is the moment when His fundamental vibration rises to the Father and merges with the Father's vibration, while the other structures remained charged with all the pain that existed within Him, charged with the entire difference between the fundamental vibration and the vibration of the place. At that moment, His physical body remained charged with this entire difference in vibration. This was the moment of supreme suffering for Him. In fact, at that moment the Father had not forsaken Him, but had just received Him. This is why higher entities sometimes pass through processes of suffering, but it is their inner suffering, which they must diminish because they know why they have come. They have not come to live in suffering; suffering arises from the mission assumed, but that suffering must also be assumed, internalised and overcome. A state of suffering does not bring a person closer to God; the striving must be to please the Father, to be cheerful and joyful.
The illnesses that appear are a consequence of vibration falling below a certain value.
For each of us, the way of healing is interiorisation. The way of healing others is interiorisation. We must return to the summit of the heart, to the fundamental vibration that is power.
This is the first step: returning to what we truly are, namely to the Father.
What we must retain from L1 is that vibration is what separates from the Father according to His Will and leads us back into the Father at the same vibration. What we have at the summit of the heart is the fundamental vibration, which is identical to the Father's at every moment, however rapid the Father's evolution may be. That is power. In the same way, we can understand what the power of a people, the power of a country, of a planet, and so forth, means. Those planets and celestial bodies that knew how to preserve their fundamental vibration are one with Him. It is not by chance that the Sun is Jesus's favourite place around the Earth, but because the Sun has preserved much of the Father's vibration and incandescence and manifests it. At one point Jesus says: “Your path to Me is through the Sun.”
The conclusion of this law: Vibration incarnated us from the Father, keeps us connected to Him, keeps us equal to Him, and He sustains us throughout all our lives, however many there may be. Therefore, if we return to the fundamental vibration and know how to perceive it, we know how to perceive our road toward Him.
From L1 we saw that the fundamental vibration is what incarnated us from the Father and remains constant within us throughout evolution, keeping us at all times one with the Father. The fundamental vibration is manifested through several components. The luminous charge that the Father places within us is in fact one of the resultants of this fundamental vibration. The moment at creation
when the Holy Spirit departs from the Father and reaches the entity is the moment when the fundamental vibration is implemented and is also the moment when the Father charges the entity with everything it needs, including the luminous charge.
Thus, fundamental vibration means light and means manifestation. The manifestation of that light is its manifestation through the structures, which comes from the power that is the fundamental vibration. One way of manifesting that fundamental vibration is therefore luminous density, which issues from the person, leads the person to become an illuminator, leads the person to become a spring, and gives the extrasensory capacities that mean the power to speak to others, the power to teach others and the power to be an example for others.
Initially, we are within the drop of God, which is the fundamental vibration. We begin our evolutionary road through the first embodied life, and through rarefaction we obtain a luminous relativity and density. At the end of this life we are evaluated according to our luminous relativity and density, but because of the rarefaction we cannot return to the Father. We then receive a new luminous charge, which we again rarefy in a second embodied life, but at the end of that life the rarefaction will be greater, and the distance from the Father will also be greater. The cycle of incarnations continues until the entity, which until then wished to be independent and to move away from the Father, begins to awaken and evolve spiritually. In that life, or in the next two or three lives, the entity succeeds in becoming aware of itself and sometimes also becomes aware of the long succession of lives it has traversed.
In the disembodied state,
the entity's luminous density is greater than in the embodied state because it no longer has the physical and rational structures, and therefore no longer has the opacities introduced by these structures. Its luminous density corresponds to the structure of the soul. The place reached by the entity at the end of a life depends upon its luminous relativity and density. If the entity has not moved very far from the Father, it reaches a luminous place from which it can perceive its fundamental vibration. If, however, it has moved far from the Father, then in the disembodied state it can neither perceive nor see the higher hierarchies, the light that is the Father; it can perceive only the place in which it is located, because there is mist and much condensation of matter up to the Father. This is because, in the disembodied state, the entity has access only to the luminous density of the place it has reached. In fact, there is no heaven and there is no hell. There are only stages in which that soul is situated: stages with greater or lesser luminous density. According to this, the state of that soul is better or worse. In the disembodied state, in which the entity has access only to the luminous band of the place to which it has been drawn, the possibility of evolution is very limited.
On Earth, where we are embodied, we have the possibility of evolving and once again reaching the fundamental vibration. In every embodied life, we have access to the fundamental vibration to a certain degree; this means that, however much we may have rarefied ourselves, the Father gives us the chance for that life to be the last. Here lies the beauty of creation. At any moment there is the possibility of becoming aware of the fundamental vibration, and that is the moment of salvation. It is the chance of the thief on the cross. You need do nothing else but become aware of Him and love Him; that is the moment of salvation. But the love must be genuine.
It is good to enter the state of universality every day, because in this way we shall perceive the fundamental vibration and subsequently succeed in becoming one with it. From the moment when we perceive our fundamental vibration and try to manifest it as fully as possible, the light and luminous density will become increasingly greater.
The conclusion of this law. We must see the guiding thread within us, which is the fundamental vibration and is our power. It is manifested through light and through the other components described in the following laws. The fundamental vibration is the drop of God within us, which, when it begins to rarefy, produces light, which itself rarefies and produces luminous density (rarefaction is a consequence of entering matter and of the existence of several structures).
Love is the connection that the Father permanently maintains directly with every entity, whether embodied or disembodied.
This means that the Father maintains a direct connection with us, from the fundamental vibration, however far away we may be. At the moment of incarnation, the perception of the fundamental vibration exists within each of us, but we may or may not find it; the perception of luminous density exists, but we may or may not find it; the perception of RDB and of the Father's information (the other laws) exists, but we may or may not find them. But the silver cord— through which the Father transmits love to us—keeps the connection between the Father and us without interruption.
In the embodied state, all the higher stages of evolution can be perceived and there is the possibility of returning toward the Father and evolving. In the disembodied state, every entity is within the band of luminous density to which it was drawn on the basis of its own density, and from which it cannot emerge. For an entity that is far from the Father, the suffering is great, because it feels the Father's love through the silver cord, but has no possibility of doing anything for its evolution until the next incarnation. This is our motivation for evolving while embodied, since we are privileged. It is the motivation for doing what the higher entities do: they establish order and observe the laws, this being the first requirement for entering the Father's Kingdom (from level 7 upward, where entities perceive and do the Father's Will to a certain extent). The first step toward reaching that point is order: in life, in the mind, in the soul, in everything, and observance of the laws, which comes together with order.
In order for us too to manifest love, all we must do is connect, within the heart chakra, with the fundamental vibration inside us. At that moment, the amplification of the love received from the Father is infinite. We need only descend within ourselves, find ourselves within the heart, and from there pour forth infinity.
The conclusion of this law. Because the Father saw that we are sufficiently far from Him that at times, even in the embodied state, we no longer perceive the fundamental vibration and the luminous charge, He created an additional direct connection, the connection of love, so that at least in this way we might perceive Him.
Throughout evolution, the parameters that define us change continuously: vibrational relativity, luminous density, and so forth. Of all these, RDB changes most slowly, attenuating our daily oscillations and creating a kind of average; it is therefore easier to perceive and shows us where we stand in relation to the Father. For this reason, for entities that descend more deeply into matter with each life (continually decreasing their RDB), it is RDB that gives them the possibility, at a certain moment, as a result of perceiving RDB,
to cease direct experimentation in matter and begin to return toward the Father. It is as though RDB says at that moment: “Prodigal son, you have scattered enough; you have exhausted the light”; and we say, “I am tired.”
From that moment, the entity begins to learn from the Collective Self (the sixth law), rather than through direct experimentation. The possibility of this alternative form of learning exists at all times, but is sometimes not noticed.
If the Father sees that He cannot bring an entity back because it has made opaque both its access to the fundamental vibration and its access to the silver cord (the amount of love arriving is small), then He intervenes through the RDB of the place in which He situates the entity. When He wishes to increase our permeability to luminous density, He places us in a place with a high RDB. By acting upon us through a high RDB, He makes it possible for our luminous density to increase, because we shall perceive that high RDB and shall
begin to try to rise to that level. At that moment, if we are able, we return within ourselves and reach the fundamental vibration. If we are not able to reach the fundamental vibration within us, we nevertheless come closer to it. At that moment, the Holy Spirit, who is always with us and is Working, will instantly request an additional quantity of light. Together with the light will come love, which will cause the soul to open and will increase luminous density. In that life, the distance by which we had moved away from the Father up to that moment will decrease. If we are able to perceive and preserve that moment, it is a retuning at a particular point. It can carry us upward on the scale of evolution. Such an encounter may mark our life so profoundly that it carries us very far on the evolutionary scale. All this occurs through the RDB of the place or of the person whom we meet.
The conclusion of this law.
Throughout time, the Father wishes, in one way or another, through our personal RDB or the RDB of the place and of the entities we meet, to bring us to the RDB that
we should manifest, or He wishes to increase our RDB in order to stop us from the madness of experimentation and incarnation. He wishes to bring us back to Him and save us. Maximus the Confessor says: “It is not your deeds that save you, but your faith that saves you.” Good deeds must be performed because they are our signs that we are turning toward Him, but they are not what will save us. By continually performing various deeds throughout our lives, we actually moved farther from Him, continuing the succession of experiments. RDB is what stops us from this succession of experiments and gives us the possibility of evolving through the personal self and the Collective Self. Through this, the Father wishes to bring our experiments to an end.
The fundamental vibration, which is manifested through light and through love, is also manifested through information for our rational structure.
This information belongs to several categories:
—
information contained in the fundamental vibration, meaning transmittal equal to 1,
—
the information that we perceive through the rational structure, which is another level of perception (transmutation),
—
our interpretation of this information, which is the third level of perception of information (transmission).
In each life, in addition to light and love, the Father also gives us a quantity of information so that we may become aware of who we are and of the fundamental vibration that defines us. In addition, He gives us the possibility of interpreting and collecting data from everything that surrounds us, so that perhaps from the nature around us, from all His Creation, we shall realise who we truly are and return to Him.
The conclusion of this law. Together with the light given at incarnation for the manifestation of luminous density in a life, the Father gives us love and also gives us information. We already have that information within us through the fundamental vibration that defines us, but at the same time He transmits to us a quantity of information capable of defining us to the extent necessary for the mission in that life. We have this information in the soul; at incarnation it is also transferred into the subconscious, and we have the additional possibility of perceiving it from the surrounding environment. He does this so that we can choose: do we continue to experiment, or do we return?
With this law, the alternative appears. Through the previous laws, the Father showed us what it would have meant for us to enter an evolutionary cycle and try to experiment on our own. For this He gave us all the reference points required to return to Him: creation, luminous density, RDB, information—everything needed to perceive the fundamental vibration. Through this law, however, He shows us that in order to complete this entire evolutionary cycle it is not even necessary to leave Him, the Father. It is not even necessary to begin direct experimentation in matter. We do it because our free will desires it, but the Father does not ask it of us. The law of the personal self shows us what evolution within the Father, together with Him, means. It is like a “shortcut”; now the insignificance of all the lives until now is shown to us. And we had this “shortcut” from the beginning.
This proves that we did not leave the Father for even a moment; we are there all the time. All the experiences we have, upward and downward, with vibration and luminous density, are all lived within time. He sent us into time because otherwise we caused Him too much pain in the fundamental vibration. He sent us into time so that we could manifest ourselves as we wished. When we begin to perceive and grow weary of descending into matter, our perception of the personal self and of the Collective Self appears. From that moment we realise that there is no point in “frolicking through the fields,” because everything is in a single place, everything is within Him, and we are there all the time. At that moment, we place ourselves in the Father's position, who evolves through the experiences of others, but also through Himself. The great entities evolved in this manner.
The expulsion from the Garden of Eden occurred in a way that we chose, not He. In fact, we never left it.
The “shortcut” means experiencing all the Father's manifold experiences, but through the experiments made by others and through the fulfilment of one's own mission. We could have remained at a particular evolutionary level, come to incarnation with a mission from the Father—because incarnation is compulsory for evolution—but taken care not to depart from the road He had indicated for us in that life: these are the stages that He asked of us; this much we shall do, and when we have finished, we shall receive something else. In order not to enter this cycle of incarnations, we should have taken care to rediscover our fundamental vibration at the end of every life; that is the moment of returning to the self. We all have equal chances, regardless of where we stand in evolution. We say that souls are created differently because they come from different places, and according to this the degree of evolution of that individual within the cycle of incarnations can be assessed.
Experimentation is compulsory, but there are two variants:
—
the variant of descending into matter, namely “spiritualising matter.” This is the variant that we know, and in which the previous laws are manifested,
—
the other variant of experimentation, through the experiences of others and through one's own experimentation, carried out within one's own self. In this case, being one with the Father, we are in fact one with all the Father's Creation. Through their experiments, others enrich our experience (if we have descended deeply enough within ourselves to recognise ourselves). But through our own experiment, which we carry out only within our own self, in collaboration with the Collective Self, without intervening in the spiritualisation of matter, thus without “troubling the water by passing through a life,” without
involvement in matter, we too enrich the experience of all those with whom we are one. Then one can live continuously and reach eternal life; there is no need to shorten life and end it at 80, 150 or 800 years. The immortals are those who experience this through the personal self together with the Collective Self. This is the “shortcut” for remaining eternally young.
When an entity that has descended into matter begins to return to its own self, to the fundamental vibration, to the Father, it becomes able to learn no longer from its own mistakes, but from the Collective Self. At that moment, absolutely every person with whom it has ever been in contact throughout all its lives constitutes a life experience.
Evolution
as a personal self in collaboration with the Infinite Creative Self and also together with the Infinite Collective Creative Self, must at the same time bring about the evolution of people in the same way, the evolution of the entire community, the entire planet and the entire solar system. Until now we have seen how small we are when we try to evolve alone, to rarefy ourselves, to move away from the Father and to implement ourselves in matter. Now we see how great we are when we wish to do this
through our own self, which is the Infinite Creative Personal Self. Therefore, from the moment we do this, it brings about the evolution of the entire collective of which we are part and of the entire infinity that is the Father. But for this we must not go out and enter the cycle of experimentation through descent into matter. What is expected of us in this life is to leave the cycle of these experiments through descent into matter and to return to our own self, to identify with the Father's Infinite Creative Self and to continue evolution in this way. This is what is expected of us in this life,
leaving the trace of our passage through this life in this world. This is the trace expected of us. We are expected to continue the Way, to reveal the Truth as far as possible and to experience the Life:
Way, Truth, Life. Continuing the Way, emitting and implementing the Truth as far as possible, and rediscovering Life.
Rank-nine civilisations live in this way, through experimentation within the personal self in collaboration with the Collective Self. This is why their connection with the Infinite Collective Creative Self is bidirectional, unmediated and continuous. The same is expected of us. This means: “Leave the human being within you, take up the cross and follow Me.” “Love one another” means the same thing, because love brings us back to the fundamental vibration, to the personal self that is part of the Celestial Father's Infinite Creative Self.
The Church and philosophy say different things about evolution and incarnation because they refer to different levels. Philosophy sees the cycle of incarnations up to a certain level and proposes it to people as a way of evolution. The Church says that there is no incarnation, that evolution in the form of incarnations does not exist, because it sees the level above the level of incarnations. It therefore urges you, through your Own Self, to be one with the Father, because He created it there and showed Jesus to you in this way. The mistake it makes is when it says: “You are sinful and only through repentance will you reach that point.” Repentance is not what will bring us back to the Father; faith is what will bring us back to the Father. Jesus said this: “Your faith has saved you.” Faith that the Father exists within you.
The conclusion of this law. For all the evolution that exists through descent into matter, there is also the variant of evolution through the Own Self, of returning within, where the fundamental vibration is found, therefore the power manifested through the own self, which is part of the Father's Infinite Creative Self. It is not a fragment of the Infinite Self, but a specific mode of manifestation within each of us, a particular fundamental vibration. We need only preserve that vibration, and from that moment our evolution no longer takes place through the cycle of incarnations, but on the basis of evolution together with the Father.
To be a creator like the Father means to shape the matter placed at our disposal by Him. Thus, to shape it, not to descend into it and spiritualise it. When He created the human being, the Father took clay and shaped it in His image and likeness; He did not descend into matter. He shaped matter and then breathed into the nostrils the creative Breath of Life, thus causing it to live. These are two completely different things: one is to descend into matter, sink into matter and try to spiritualise matter; the other is the variant in which your power (power meaning the fundamental vibration,
meaning the Father) shapes matter and, in the presence of the Holy Spirit who is always with us, through the manifestation of love, causes it to live. To become a creator means not wishing to spiritualise matter, but wishing to shape matter and cause it to live through the Holy Spirit, who works and gives life.
Everything we wish to create by descending into matter is vanity.
